You'll build internal AI agents and automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks across Stuut. You'll partner with leadership to design systems that scale operations in marketing, sales, and product. This is a high-impact role at an agent-first startup backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered agents and automation workflows
• Build data pipelines for CRM enrichment and ICP scoring
• Develop automated outbound and demand generation systems
• Identify operational bottlenecks and replace with automated systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Highly skilled in Python and TypeScript
• Experience designing data pipelines and APIs
• Proficient with React, Vue, or Angular and backend frameworks like Django or FastAPI

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM APIs or agent frameworks like LangChain
• Familiarity with HubSpot, n8n, or Slack API
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech internal tooling
