Sales Enablement Manager

Description

You will design and deliver enablement programs to elevate sales team performance across a region. You'll partner with leadership to identify gaps, create and facilitate onboarding and skill workshops, and develop content like playbooks and pitch decks. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience delivering enablement programs for sales motions, preferably in global SaaS
  • Experience evaluating enablement program impact on pipeline growth, win rates, quota attainment, and revenue
  • Proven track record creating sales enablement content that drives behavioral change and performance improvement
  • Experience working with reps, observing customer interactions, and delivering in-the-moment coaching
  • Data-driven with ability to extract actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute enablement strategies for prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure
  • Create and facilitate onboarding programs and skill-development workshops using flipped classroom, roleplays, simulations, and field-based learning
  • Develop enablement assets including playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and conversation frameworks
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales Leadership to align messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide targeted coaching to Account Executives via ride-alongs and shadowing, offering structured feedback to drive behavioral change
