💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate global strategy and administration of bioanalytical laboratory systems and digital platforms, combining strategic coordination with hands-on execution. You'll ensure systems like LIMS and ELN are effectively implemented and compliant while enabling alignment between US and Switzerland labs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Develop global roadmap for bioanalytical systems and digital platforms
• Directly administer and maintain LIMS, ELN, and related laboratory systems
• Facilitate alignment between US and Switzerland laboratories through stakeholder engagement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Life Sciences, or related field
• 8–12+ years experience in bioanalytical or regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with LIMS, ELN, and CDS systems
• Deep understanding of GxP compliance and validated systems (CSV)

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience working across global teams in US and Europe
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in lab environments
