As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Solutions Enablement team by organizing marketing work, managing timelines, and coordinating approvals across multiple campaigns. You will partner with Marketing Managers and project leaders to ensure smooth intake, tracking, and delivery of marketing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational understanding of marketing or project coordination

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day deliverables ticket coordination and tracking
• Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and due dates
• Support intake and prioritization of marketing requests
• Coordinate marketing approvals across creative, marketing, and compliance teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Enablement, and external partners
