💼 About This Role

You'll lead global tax strategy for a public SaaS company, reporting to the CAO in San Francisco. You'll design and execute tax planning, compliance, and reporting while driving automation and process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute global tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure accuracy of tax provision and disclosures under ASC 740.
• Oversee compliance for income tax, VAT, sales tax, and e-invoicing.
• Lead transfer pricing strategy and documentation globally.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive tax experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• CPA required.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws.
