Description

You will lead global engagement with a key customer, aligning business opportunities with long-term technology needs to drive growth for ASM's semiconductor products. Responsibilities include managing account strategies, introducing new products, developing customer relationships, and building a high-performing local sales organization.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment sales for key account
  • Large account management experience
  • Knowledge of thin film deposition systems
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese
  • Ability to drive strategy within a global matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage global key account for business issues and all ASM products/services with clear execution metrics
  • Drive share growth at key customer for all product segments
  • Introduce products and innovations to customer and find future applications
  • Develop deep customer relationships across the organization
  • Build high-performing local commercial organization and identify regional growth opportunities
