💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at the loudest store in the mall. Your core impact is ensuring customers get the merch they love through product knowledge and exceptional customer service. You'll also help stock and visually merchandise the store.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and assist with planogram changes
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product using approved equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
