Requirements

• 7+ years of dedicated Software Product Management experience (10+ total professional).
• Proven track record releasing digital products in regulated industries (HIPAA, FDA).
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered products at scale.
• High technical aptitude with EHR integrations, FHIR standards, and claims data.
• Self-starter with bias toward action in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Connected Care portfolio balancing business needs and market demands.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into elegant user experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, device data) to power AI-driven insights.
• Manage stakeholders including marketing, legal, regulatory, and external partners.
• Launch AI-powered cognitive assessments into payer workflows and deploy brain health referral systems.
