Description

You will lead the design and delivery of scalable data infrastructure and AI platforms for industrial intelligence. You'll build and manage a team, architect cloud-native data platforms, and partner with engineering, product, and applied science teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI platform engineering
• Team leadership experience including managing onshore and offshore teams
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and production-grade data pipelines
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and security compliance standards
• Ability to scale engineering processes for multi-customer deployments in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an engineering team for data and AI platform infrastructure
• Architect scalable industrial data platforms handling high-velocity IoT and telemetry streams
• Design resilient real-time and batch data pipelines for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection
• Establish MLOps frameworks for continuous model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Partner with AI/ML, Product, and Service Engineering teams for production-ready solutions
