💼 About This Role

You'll play a key role in advancing Away's operational capabilities by configuring, optimizing, and supporting functional solutions within D365 F&O. You'll serve as a critical bridge between business teams and technical partners, ensuring efficient operations and high-performing 3PL integrations that power our global supply chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage D365 F&O Supply Chain modules with focus on Master Data and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Maintain accuracy of master data (items, vendors, customers, pricing, warehouses, financial dimensions).
• Execute functional configurations and oversee day-to-day operations for P2P and O2C processes in D365 F&O.
• Lead monitoring and troubleshooting of 3PL integrations, partnering with technical teams on data mappings and error handling.

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM modules.
• Deep functional understanding of Master Data Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Proven track record of implementing or maintaining 3PL integrations including logistics and inventory synchronization.
• Comfortable working with system integrations using EDI, APIs, or middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi).
