🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and grow a $15–20M portfolio of life sciences client accounts.
• Lead multi-year account strategies and executive business reviews.
• Oversee commercial and operational performance including pipeline and forecasting.
• Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• 14+ years of consulting or client service experience in healthcare/life sciences.
• 10+ years leading technology-enabled business transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in life sciences commercialization processes (pricing, rebates, contracting).
• Experience delivering AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives with cloud technologies.

• Familiarity with life sciences commercial platforms for rebate adjudication.
• Proven success managing large client portfolios in consulting environments.
