You'll own a strategic book of high-value suppliers, guiding them through the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. You'll blend account management, retention strategy, and consultative upsell to drive retention outcomes and influence process improvement across departments.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle for defined supplier portfolio
- Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach based on health scores
- Forecast renewals using best/worst/likely modeling
- Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations
๐ Requirements
- 3โ6 years in customer success or account management
- Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention
- Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms
