You'll sell decisioning software to large financial institutions in Brazil, managing complex sales cycles with ACVs above R$1M. You will be a foundational hire, defining how Taktile is sold and positioned in the Brazilian market. This role offers the chance to build the enterprise customer base from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Sell decisioning software to large enterprise financial services customers.
- Develop deep understanding of target markets and competitive landscape.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from lead to close.
- Drive outbound prospecting to engage and qualify enterprise accounts.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience exceeding targets at $200K+ ACVs.
- Experience managing complex deal cycles of 6+ months.
- Proven track record selling SaaS/software subscriptions to Financial Services.
- Highly skilled in prospecting and navigating complex organizations.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working in an early-stage start-up (Seed - Series B).
- Deep knowledge of FinTech, data, or ML/AI landscape.
