Description

You will support the IT department by handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, managing device deployments, and contributing to system improvements that keep business operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to problem solving
• Familiarity with Windows, basic networking, and hardware concepts preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Analyze IT service tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Support Intune device management including device entry, billing, and cell phone integration
• Assist with device deployment for end-users and networking hardware
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base development
