You'll lead the supply and logistics team at Solink, a high-growth tech company transforming video security into operational insights. You'll oversee end-to-end inventory control, demand forecasting, and 3PL operations to ensure seamless product delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and develop the supply and logistics team
• Oversee end-to-end inventory control and demand forecasting
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and safety standards
• Measure performance and optimize supply chain operations via KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years progressive experience in supply chain or logistics
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Experience leading change initiatives and managing KPIs

• Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
