You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering new and used vehicles while ensuring high satisfaction. You'll guide customers through vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork, and conduct personalized follow-ups to schedule encore deliveries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise customers on vehicle features, benefits, and functionality.
• Conduct on-site and remote vehicle deliveries and encore demonstrations.
• Send personalized welcome emails and schedule follow-up calls.
• Record all lot traffic and track inventory and market conditions.

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and 5 years experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using virtual communication tools and CRM software.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
