🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day management of the sales team
- Track team performance and pipeline health
- Coach and develop sales reps
- Hire and scale the team as revenue targets increase
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of sales and/or sales management experience
- Experience managing 4+ sales reps
- Proven ability to develop enterprise client relationships
- Willingness to learn therapeutic areas like Oncology
