You'll drive new business growth within the payments and fintech ecosystem, building and converting high-quality sales pipelines. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signature, managing multiple opportunities across outbound, partnerships, and marketing channels. This remote role offers the chance to act as a key ambassador in a fast-scaling fintech environment with global reach.

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and contract closure
  • Maintain structured CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and delivery feasibility

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within fintech, payments, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, or BaaS/CaaS models
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers, including C-level and technical stakeholders

  • Experience in a fast-scaling fintech environment
  • Familiarity with Banking-as-a-Service or Card-as-a-Service models
