You'll provide home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in Burlington County, NJ. Your role involves implementing treatment plans and interventions delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. This position offers flexible per-visit scheduling with supportive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide treatment and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being
• Conduct tests and client education
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising PT

📋 Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in NJ
• Graduate of a two-year college program approved by the APTA
• At least one year of work experience under a qualified Physical Therapist

• Two years of appropriate experience as a PTA
• Home health experience
