You'll join Adam Home Services as a Residential HVAC Service Technician, a role stable since 2002 in Southeastern PA. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while delivering world-class customer service and exceeding customer expectations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Respond to dispatch and manage daily work orders

📋 Requirements

• Prior heating and/or cooling experience in a residential capacity
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers
• Computer skills for scheduling, invoicing, and communication
• Must be able to work on a ladder and lift 50 pounds
