Description

You'll service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and emergency repairs. This fast-paced role involves regional travel and working in controlled environment vaults.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification
• 3+ years commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and email communication
• Must reside in Detroit, Michigan area and be able to travel regionally

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC components in controlled environment vaults
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls, including emergency call outs, in a timely manner
• Complete daily work reports accurately and timely
