• Report financial results for business units
• Model short, medium, and long-term financial projections
• Partner with business areas for data-driven decisions
• Analyze performance across different XP businesses

📋 Requirements

• Financial reporting and financial modeling knowledge
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• SQL skills
• Decision-making and stakeholder influence

• Experience with Brazilian financial market products
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
