Description

You will lead and manage the full product lifecycle, from project initiation to termination, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. You will coordinate internal resources and external customer needs, evaluate new projects, and lead the project team to success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrochemistry, electronics, automation or related
• Strong influence, adaptability, communication, and team management skills
• Experience in new energy cell or pack product development
• Knowledge of power battery development process, milestones, and deliverables
• Fluent English as working language

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle management from initiation to termination
• Develop project work plan, budget, milestones, and deliverables
