💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Nash, Edgecombe, and Wilson counties. You'll perform evaluations, develop care plans, and help clients achieve greater independence in their daily lives. This role offers the chance to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, making a direct impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of functional status and ADL performance.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of recent work experience as an OT.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
