Description

As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you'll set up mid-market and small business customers for success by facilitating the implementation process. You'll establish strong relationships, conduct daily customer calls to provide account walkthroughs and education, and ensure efficient technical setup.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience, 1+ year SaaS customer onboarding or success
• Ability to manage project scope and timelines across multiple projects
• Proficiency or ability to learn Boolean search language
• Comfort with tools including CRM (preferably Salesforce)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Become a Muck Rack product expert
• Establish strong relationships with new and existing customer stakeholders
• Conduct 5-6 customer calls daily for account walkthroughs and education
• Ensure all customers complete required technical setup efficiently
• Leverage feedback to improve the onboarding process
