As a Senior Software Engineer on the Core Platform team at Pave, you will own critical services like authentication and data infrastructure, bridging product and platform engineering to build foundational APIs that enable enterprise-grade software delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience building data-intensive applications
• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with data infrastructure, pipelines, ETLs, and modeling
• Experience leading large technical projects with high ambiguity
• Execution-driven mindset with bias toward action

Responsibilities

• Build foundational services, APIs, and abstractions for the platform
• Own user authentication and authorization services
• Design and maintain data infrastructure and models
• Drive large, complex cross-organization initiatives
• Ship thoughtful solutions with maintainability and scalability
