Your core impact is developing reps from onboarding through cold call certification, managing to the number, and representing the team across the sales org. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Hire and ramp SDRs with a high bar
  • Coach each rep on time management, prospecting, and objection handling
  • Manage leading indicators and catch underperformers early
  • Build prospecting resources: sequences, talk tracks, research frameworks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Sales development experience as a high performer and leader
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Comfortable working in Salesforce, building own reports
  • Coaching instincts that are specific and actionable
