- Hire and ramp SDRs with a high bar
- Coach each rep on time management, prospecting, and objection handling
- Manage leading indicators and catch underperformers early
- Build prospecting resources: sequences, talk tracks, research frameworks
๐ Requirements
- Sales development experience as a high performer and leader
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable working in Salesforce, building own reports
- Coaching instincts that are specific and actionable
