💼 About This Role

You'll join SurveyMonkey to implement, configure, and support Zuora Billing and its integrations, particularly with Salesforce. Your work will directly impact the subscription billing and revenue automation lifecycle, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering. This role offers the chance to work with Zuora Orders API and Salesforce CPQ in a remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing product catalog and rate plans.
• Partner cross-functionally to support the SaaS subscription lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot order-to-revenue issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Build and maintain Zuora workflows, notifications, and Salesforce integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing in production.
• Experience with Zuora Orders and Orders API.
• Experience with quote-to-cash systems like Zuora and Salesforce CPQ.
• Working knowledge of core finance and accounting processes (e.g., Order to Cash).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Zuora Revenue, Salesforce CPQ, and Mulesoft.
• Experience with data migration and cleansing.
