💼 About This Role

You'll join the Group Control team to support the Risk Manager in risk management, crisis management, and business continuity activities. You'll update risk mappings, track action plans, and contribute to crisis exercise preparation. This apprenticeship offers hands-on exposure to enterprise risk governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Update ~38 risk mappings with department stakeholders
• Monitor major risk reduction action plans
• Prepare risk committee materials (~8 per year)
• Draft crisis response guides with internal experts

📋 Requirements

• Business school or specialized master's degree
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Analytical and synthesis abilities
• Fluency in English (written and oral)

• Knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Previous risk management or audit experience
