💼 About This Role

You'll join Binance's VIP & Institutional Team to acquire and manage relationships with global institutional clients. You'll expand existing client relationships and provide optimal service solutions for the world's largest crypto exchange. This role offers the chance to work remotely in a global team and attend bespoke events to attract top clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with major institutional/VIP clients.
• Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication.
• Build customer service processes and track key client status.
• Analyze user behaviors and provide product feedback to internal teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years sales experience with institutional clients in financial services.
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, or prop trading firms.
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
• CRM experience and autonomous work within a sales team.

• Experience attending events to acquire new customers.
• International financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales.
