Description

You will lead the full cycle of analytics from ideas to production insights, developing smart heuristics to preemptively identify weaknesses in the supply chain system. You will build rapid Proof-of-Concepts, drive productionization of validated solutions, and serve as a cross-functional data translator, communicating insights and their business impact to both technical and non-technical partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in data analytics, BI, or quantitative field
• Prefer background in software engineering or roles requiring software engineering principles
• Domain expertise in SCM, inventory management, or demand planning; e-commerce experience is a plus
• Expert-level SQL for large datasets (Redshift, Hive experience required)
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) or R, dashboard visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset), Git/GitHub, and generative AI tools (Windsurf, Gemini)

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation-to-production analytics cycle
• Develop smart heuristics (e.g., forecast correction logic, OOS root cause analysis, excess inventory flagging)
• Build rapid Proof-of-Concepts to validate ideas
• Drive productionization of validated POCs with demand planning and engineering teams
• Act as supply chain health expert analyzing KPIs like OOS rate and sell-through, and as data translator across teams
