💼 About This Role

You'll provide applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism as part of a transdisciplinary team of doctors and therapists. Your work will directly improve long-term outcomes for neurodevelopmental disorders in a supportive, ethical practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs by behavior technicians
• Collaborate with speech, occupational, and mental health therapists

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field
• BCBA certification required
• LBA certification preferred
• Experience in neurodevelopmental disorders
