You'll strengthen employee engagement, learning, and culture by designing and running engaging programs and coordinating learning initiatives that improve capability and performance. This hands-on role involves owning the engagement calendar, running onboarding culture sessions, and embedding BJAK's values into daily practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar
• Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end
• Coordinate learning programs across technical, soft skills, and leadership topics
• Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires

📋 Requirements

• Experience in learning & development, employee engagement, culture, or HR program roles
• Strong execution and coordination skills to run multiple programs
• Comfort working with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems
• Clear communication and facilitation skills in group settings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LMS/HRIS platforms
• Background in a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of ROI or effectiveness measurement for training
