💼 About This Role

You'll be the bridge between our engineering team and enterprise users of LanceDB, debugging distributed databases built in Rust. You'll build support infrastructure and practices while handling customer cases and driving product improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop knowledge-base articles and support tooling
• Troubleshoot and debug distributed database internals
• Collaborate with engineering to reproduce and fix issues
• Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in support/operations for distributed databases
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms
• Knowledge of sharding, replication, and consensus
• Scripting skills in Python or shell for debugging

• Experience with vector stores or feature stores
