💼 About This Role

You'll own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a high-growth construction tech company, partnering with product, sales, and operations teams. This high-visibility role reports to the VP of Finance and has direct exposure to the CFO on board reporting and fundraising. You'll drive strategic initiatives like US expansion and build the financial infrastructure that powers decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range model.
• Build financial dashboards and KPI tracking for real-time visibility.
• Partner with go-to-market teams on business cases and pricing models.
• Lead monthly close commentary and board/investor reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or construction tech.
• Strong financial modelling skills from scratch.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics like ACV, TCV, churn, LTV, CAC, NRR.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or comparable ERP.
• Interest in construction or infrastructure technology.
