Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend systems using Golang, define system architecture and best practices, mentor a team of engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years software development experience, 5+ years hands-on Golang
• Proven track record building large-scale distributed backend systems
• Strong knowledge of microservices, API design, cloud-native applications
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-performance backend services using Golang
• Define system architecture and best practices for scalable, secure, maintainable code
• Mentor and guide team of backend engineers, conduct code reviews
• Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, observability, incident management
• Proactively identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
