💼 About This Role

You'll support a large federal agency by analyzing business needs and defining functional requirements. You'll develop documentation, process maps, and training materials to drive technology improvements. This role offers the chance to work with Microsoft and Atlassian products in a government innovation environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop briefings, agendas, and training materials for stakeholders
• Document business and functional requirements into process maps
• Create system architectural diagrams and monthly status reports
• Evaluate program materials and recommend improvements

📋 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or engineering
• 7+ years of experience in business/systems analysis
• Experience with Agile delivery methods and Jira

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting DHS HQ or other federal agencies
• Knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle
• PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe, or CISM certification
