💼 About This Role

You'll be the first growth marketer at FLORA, building acquisition and activation programs from scratch. Your work will directly drive our next chapter with high agency and visibility. You'll collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales while reporting to the VP of Marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive paid acquisition to complement organic growth programs
• Own channel strategy and execution for self-serve business
• Run structured experiments across content and channels
• Lead SEO strategy including keyword research and on-page optimization

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing role
• Comfort building growth campaigns end-to-end with limited design support
• Strong creative and conversion instincts
• Technical proficiency in CMS and HTML

• Familiarity with self-serve motions and metrics
• Passion or experience in creative tooling
