💼 About This Role

You'll lead a Sierra Club chapter covering Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, driving environmental advocacy campaigns and fundraising initiatives. Your work will protect public lands, transition from oil and gas, and build a clean energy future while growing and diversifying membership. This role is hybrid, requiring regular travel across the chapter area.

• Advise and support Chapter Board and volunteer committees
• Manage chapter staff and oversee work plans
• Develop and lead comprehensive fundraising program
• Support local groups in advocacy and outreach

📋 Requirements

• Experience in environmental advocacy or nonprofit management
• Fundraising experience, including major donor cultivation
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff and volunteers
