🎯 What You'll Do

• Cast strategic sourcing spells across LinkedIn, job boards, and communities
• Build diverse, evergreen talent pipelines for experienced hiring needs
• Craft personalized outreach messages to engage passive professionals
• Experiment with sourcing tactics and messaging to improve conversion

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing
• Proven track record engaging mid-to-lead passive talent
• Mastery of Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter tricks
• Strong written communication skills in English
