Description

In this high-visibility role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-value CarGurus customers, helping them unlock the full potential of CarGurus' products and services. You will influence dealership strategy, lead in-market events and workshops, and drive measurable results in dealer adoption and account growth through consultative expertise.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in dealership operations, sales, F&I, BDC/Internet departments, or automotive consulting
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time nationwide
  • Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations and strategy
  • Data-driven with ability to measure program impact and analyze trends

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-market events, dealer conferences, and workshops to showcase CarGurus' value proposition
  • Deliver internal and external training on dealership operations, strategy, and CarGurus product implementation
  • Serve as subject-matter expert across all CarGurus products, translating technical knowledge into actionable strategies
  • Partner with executives to guide account strategy, strengthen relationships, and inform product roadmap
  • Develop expert-level resources, playbooks, and materials to enhance customer experience
