💼 About This Role

You'll be the first designer on our team, building the AI Language Tutor mobile app from scratch. Your core impact will be crafting the visual identity, onboarding, and core conversational interface. We're launching a new EdTech business inside venture builder SKELAR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design full user experience and visual identity of the mobile app
• Design voice-first interface with AI avatar states and speech feedback
• Build scalable design system from scratch
• Create onboarding and monetization flows influencing activation and retention
• Conduct user research and iterate on prototypes

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years of commercial product design experience in B2C products
• Strong mobile portfolio (iOS/Android) with native patterns understanding
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems from scratch
• Product mindset with understanding of metrics (CR, Retention, LTV)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM products, especially conversational AI or voice interfaces
• Understanding of EdTech niche, especially language learning products
• Experience designing apps with subscription monetization model
• Experience in early-stage startups launching from 0 to 1
