You'll assist the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve financial targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue.
• Monitor and analyze customer service, offering feedback and coaching.
• Supervise store operations including opening/closing, task delegation, and scheduling.
• Oversee cash handling, bank deposits, safe deposits, and bookkeeping.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Minimum 1 year of retail/customer service experience in a high-paced environment.
• Strong sense of business acumen and understanding of financial targets.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
