💼 About This Role

You'll be the backbone of Rangeview's physical infrastructure, ensuring factory environment and utility systems operate safely and at peak efficiency. You'll own real infrastructure and equipment problems in a lean, high-ownership environment. This role supports the buildout of a modern aerospace manufacturing factory with exposure to advanced automation and production systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute routine inspections and maintenance on facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Assist with installation of new production equipment
• Document maintenance activities and equipment issues
• Maintain facility-wide safety standards

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Experience supporting facility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, or electrical distribution
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience with Lockout/Tagout and industrial safety protocols

• Basic understanding of PLCs and industrial controllers
• Experience with CMMS or mobile maintenance platforms
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or aerial lifts
