You'll support a Lead Teacher in guiding children to become more independent and confident at a Montessori school. This role is a great opportunity to start your career in early childhood education, with potential to grow into a Lead Guide role. You'll also receive a 75% tuition discount for up to two children.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe children closely to understand and meet their needs
• Prepare a beautiful, orderly environment fostering independence
• Provide individual and small-group lessons
• Form personal connections with each child

📋 Requirements

• Familiarity with development of young children
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset
• Valid negative TB test within last 12 months
• Valid CPR certification
