Description
As an Account Manager at Invoca, you'll own a portfolio of corporate accounts, driving retention and expansion through strategic account planning and proactive engagement. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and maximize platform value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of on-quota B2B SaaS experience in marketing tech or ad tech
- Understanding of online advertising and marketing technology
- Skilled in Salesforce, LinkedIn, Slack, and business intelligence systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with consultative approach
- Experience negotiating business terms and managing documentation like MSSAs and SOWs
