You'll serve as a subject matter expert for prospective customers, guiding them toward insurance solutions that align with their business needs. Your core impact will be driving stronger win rates and seamless implementation across Sales, Payroll, and Operations teams. You'll help businesses evaluate risk with confidence while contributing to ongoing platform improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate PEO/ASO value propositions to prospective customers
• Quote and analyze Property and Casualty insurance policies
• Maintain accurate client records across internal systems
• Manage policy renewals and adjust coverage exposures

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in commercial insurance sales or service role
• Active Resident P&C Producer license in good standing
• Ability to assess business risk and recommend commercial coverage solutions
• Strong communication skills to translate complex insurance concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PEO or ASO models
• Familiarity with Workers' Compensation, BOP, GL, EPLI
• Background in startup or entrepreneurial environments
