• Develop strategic direction for IT/OT assets and monitor industry advancements
• Ensure IT/OT systems are available, capable, and accessible to meet production requirements
• Manage departmental training, development, coaching, performance, and recruitment
• Collaborate with Site Leadership on workload solutions and IT/OT resource prioritization

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or applicable technical field
• 7+ years IT/OT systems management, automation, or security experience
• 3+ years supervisory/team leadership experience
• GAMP5 and 21CFR11 compliance experience
