You'll join Valon's Lending team to prepare loan estimates and disclosures for mortgage applicants, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition from sales to processing. Your work will directly impact the homeowner experience by making the mortgage process faster and more transparent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate Loan Estimates and deliver required disclosures
• Process loan dispositions in compliance with policies
• Order and manage third-party services like appraisals and title work
• Coordinate seamless loan transfer from Sales to Processing

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of mortgage originations experience
• Customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• High integrity and ethical values

• Mortgage compliance knowledge
• Experience with DU, LP, LOS systems, CRM
