🎯 What You'll Do

• Competently handle and troubleshoot employee queries
• Identify recurring query themes and update knowledge base articles
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with high accuracy
• Proactively identify and correct incorrect system data

📋 Requirements

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, ADP)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
